We usually ship your order within 3 to 5 working days. In the event of material defects or other unforeseen circumstances, we may ship your order later. In such a case, however, we will endeavour to ship your order within 14 days of ordering (unless otherwise agreed). If we are unable to ship the goods within this period, we will contact you and refund your money at your request
