We focus on the highest quality in our photography so that even the smallest details of each product can be seen. Differences can be found in products where the texture of the material and its manufacture affects the final effect, for example in handmade products.
All orders are printed to order for individual customers, which means that we cannot resell material that has been returned to us.
If your goods have arrived damaged or you have received the wrong goods, we are always willing to replace or refund them. It is important that you contact us first before returning the item
To speed up processing, please provide all relevant information as well as a photo of the problem and your order number.
If you wish to return an order for any other reason, you can contact us. Together we will try to find a suitable solution for the situation.
We do not offer pre-paid return labels. When you receive our instructions, simply choose the shipping service that suits you best
You have 14 days to let us know if there is a problem with your order. Check your order as soon as you receive it so that you don't miss the return deadline.

If you receive goods from us that are damaged in any way, please take careful photos of the damage as soon as you discover it and send them to us together with information about the specific order to info@sevencats.eu
We are not responsible for damaged goods caused by the carrier. If you notice that the parcel you are supposed to receive is visibly damaged, do not accept it and notify the carrier.
Delivery takes place within 10 to 15 working days after the order is placed.
